Because of that, users should not enter Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, full credit card numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive personal information into the tool.

Tool submissions may pass through hosting, function, security, and AI-processing systems. Form inputs may be processed to generate outputs, prevent abuse, debug errors, maintain security, and keep the service reliable. Site and server logs may temporarily include request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, user agent, request origin, and error details.

RentReadyScore does not intentionally publish or sell tool submissions. However, limited technical logs or provider-side records may exist for security, debugging, abuse prevention, service reliability, or legal compliance.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before using it.

6. Third-party services

RentReadyScore may use third-party services to operate or support the site, including services related to hosting, analytics, form handling, anti-spam protection, affiliate tracking, or AI processing.

Those service providers may process information as part of providing their services. Examples may include hosting providers, Netlify functions, analytics tools, email or form providers, affiliate platforms, and AI model providers.

Reasonable steps may be used to help protect information, but no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. RentReadyScore cannot guarantee absolute security.

RentReadyScore is not intended for children under 13, and the site is not knowingly designed to collect personal information from children under 13.
